About one year ago Geert Desager an ex colleague of mine launched a viral video "Bring the love back" for MSN that talked about the lack of communication between advertisers and their customers. Now he's busy working on a sequel and if it's as good as its predecessor it will again rock our advertising world. You can follow the evolution of the viral on his blog.
