oSkope is a visual search engine that shows you images as result of what you’ve searched for.


Enter your search in one of the four sites that oSkope uses (currently Amazon, Flickr, eBay, and YouTube), get more specific with some keywords, and oSkope will produce a visual list of results. Click on the image => it will expand and if you confirm your search oSkope will take you directly to its original source.

If you're searching Amazon, you'll see the item's price, if you're searching YouTube, you'll have the option to play the video... etc.
This is a pretty good flash-based interface, the only negative point is that I'm missing a 'back button' which can be a bit annoying at times.

It seems to me this can be the future on how we will search the internet within a few years. ;-)
