Here is the first Joost Commercial I don't say the commercial is great but it doesn't have to be the product is great enough.

yeah joost has a nice look to it... but have you seen a service called viewmy.tv, they have internet tv except it's live and no downloads are needed.. i've been using that site and it's really amazing.
